This privacy policy covers Fireman Joes treatment of personally identifiable information that Fireman Joes collects when you are on the Fireman Joes web site. Ground Shipping
3-8 Business Days to Most Areas. May require more time to remote locations.
USPS Priority
to most areas 2-4 days (we recommed this service)
Next Day UPS
Next Business Day (Friday orders ship on Monday-orders must be recieved by 11:00 MST)).

2nd Business Day by 5:00 P.M. (Friday orders ship on Monday-orders must be recieved by 11:00 MST)
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are based on product weight, shipping location and method.
Generally, our base shipping rates start at:
Ground $ 4.00
USPS Priority 5.85 (recommed)
2nd Day UPS $ 15.25 
Next Day Standard UPS$ 20.75
How do I track my shipment?
Once an UPS order ships from our warehouse, you will be able to track your shipment.
UPS will e-mail you your shipping tracking number. UPS tracking numbers are usually 18 digits long ( 1ZA8XXXXXXXXXXXXXX ) . Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter the tracking number in one of the fields provided then click on "Track". The tracking number will be displayed.
USPS Priority shipped items are not trackable. They do have tracking numbers that conferm delivery only. We recommend this as our prefered shipping method.

What is your Backorder Policy?
A backorder occurs when an item that you ordered is not available.
You will be advised via e-mail or by phone of any item that is on backorder. If you wish to contact Customer Service, you may do so at customerservice@firemanjoes.com or (801) 915-5637. Your credit card is charged when product is purchased. If after being notified that an item is on backorder you would like to cancel your order please contact us for a refund.
Can I refuse a shipment?
We ask that you follow our return policy for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to 3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in processing your credit.
We do incur shipping charges on all shipments to our customers. If there is an error on our part, these shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the cost of the item(s) purchased. If through no fault of firemanjoes.com the shipment is refused (or returned), shipping charges will not be credited and you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
What is your Return Policy?
At firemanjoes.com we accepts returns on unused merchandise within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to firemanjoes.com on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by firemanjoes.com.
We only accept returned Cell Phone Face Covers  in the original unopened package within 2 weeks of shipping date.
Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for exchange, refund or credit at firemanjoes.com's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by firemanjoes.com. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, or UPS Ground Shipping. Shipping refund will be calculated by normal firemanjoes shipping practices.
Firemanjoes.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify firemanjoes.com immediately.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to firemanjoes.com within 30 days from the invoice date, at firemanjoes.com's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by firemanjoes.com within 30 days from the invoice date, at firemanjoes.com's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. All NON -DEFECTIVE custom orderd items will not be eligible for return.
